Abloom Technocrats Private Limited will not delete customer information for paying members. However, Abloom Technocrats Private Limited reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time

This information is used by ABLOOM for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the IT-Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Abloom’s website.

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective actions / clarifications to your satisfaction or we will refund the eligible amount of refund in cash or the eligible amount of refund will be credited to your Account with Abloom which can be used for any future services from Abloom, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
The Fee that you pay to Abloom is against the services rendered by Abloom for the IT -Project Assignments for your business. We only accept payment against agreed Proposal or Invoice. The fee we charge against the IT-Services may vary from services to services depends on the time and efforts deployed by the team for software Build, Test & Deliver Purposes.
Limited Liability
Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of Abloom shall be limited to the fee we collected for the services and we will not liable for any loss or damages that may be incurred or as may be claimed by the customer due to delay in process (technical or otherwise)
Procedure for Requesting Refund
In case you want to cancel the order or request refund of fee, contact your relationship manager or sent an email to support@Abloom.tech with reason for refund of fee. Refund will be processed only for refund requests submitted within 72 Business Hours of placing the order. Refund request submitted after 72 Business Hours of placing the order shall not be eligible for Refund. Refund request submitted within 72 Hours will be 100% refund to the client. The refund will only made to Business Bank Account or Source Account. Abloom don’t accept any refund request to personal account at the same time we don’t accept payment from personal bank accounts.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims and refund of fee arising in connection with services engagements with Abloom shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in New Delhi only shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matters.
